It specialises in helping operators maximise the return on capital invested in their subsea assets.
Viper Innovations ground-breaking, patented technology, V-LIFE will be one of the key products being presented at AOG 2019. V-LIFE has revolutionised the insulation resistance marketplace through its ability to rejuvenate and increase the insulation resistance of umbilical and subsea electrical distribution systems. Installed by 20 Operators globally, V-LIFE has been hailed a scientific breakthrough for its ability to prolong the life of subsea umbilical’s thought to be past saving, in some cases bringing oil fields back to life and in doing so saving operators millions in hardware replacement costs.
Since 2016, the company has held the prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise Innovation in recognition of its technologies and in 2018 its sophisticated fault monitoring technology was also recognised by the Institute of Engineering & Technology where it was named the winner of the Intelligent Systems category.
Neil Douglas, Managing Director of Viper Innovation said “We are looking forward to attending AOG 2019 and being able to showcase our latest range of products. The V-LIFE is already operational at 13 sites in Australia. We are keen to share the successes and experiences and would encourage any delegates who are responsible for subsea asset management to come and meet with us and find out more about our technologies and unique approach to asset integrity management.”
